  • On road driving assessment: (approx 60mins with written report):
  • Covers: Awareness, Hazard Management, Driver Skills and Use of Controls. (Each assessment section is seperated into 5 categories and graded 1-5, with 1 being unsatisfactory and 5 being excellent.)

  • Risk Assesment (written report):
  • Covers the basic recommendations in accordance with HSE INDG382 driving at work i.e. The Driver, The Vehicle, The Journey Type, Accident and Violation History, Work-Related Driving Day.

  • DVLA licence check and report:
    • Has the driver passed a driving test?
    • Is the driver currently banned?
    • Is the driver entitled to drive the category of vehicles currently being used?
    • Has the driver undisclosed points or endorsements?
    • Are the codes 70, 71, or 78 shown on the drivers licence, and if so why?
    • Does the drivers recorded address and licence issue nunber match the details on your records?
  • Company vehicle driver policy documents:
  • Basic Blank Driver Policy Document (to be personalised by your company)
